GENERAL INFORMATION
Terms and Conditions:
1. All orders are considered binding. By submitting the order, the customer confirms that he agrees with the rules of the trade, with the possibilities of payment, delivery terms, complaint procedure and he is familiar with the provisions on personal data protection.
2. By purchasing at our e-shop, the Customer agrees to the processing of his / her personal data (name, billing and delivery address, telephone number, e-mail, ...) which is only for internal purposes of the company (GDPR).
3. We ask you to provide accurate and truthful information in your interest
to the order form. Each order is confirmed after sending by e-mail, where you have the last chance to check the correctness of the filled data. If there is an error in the order for any reason, please contact us immediately.
4. If there is a change in the price between the processing and sending of the order, the prices stated in the already executed order always apply.
5. The Seller reserves the right to contact the customer by phone to verify or specify the order, for example if it is a higher order value, some missing or inaccurate data, etc.
Terms of delivery:
1. The place of delivery of the goods is the address stated by the buyer in the order of the goods (unless stated otherwise in the note). Shipments are sent via PPL, Czech Post, FED Express.
2. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all goods are shipped within 15 working days of receiving the order.
3. Each delivery of goods shall be accompanied by a tax document, which also serves as a delivery and warranty certificate.
Goods replacement:
If necessary, we will be happy to replace your unused and undamaged goods by prior arrangement. Send the goods to us as a recommended package, including a copy of the tax receipt. If the goods are free of obvious signs of wear or damage, we will immediately send you the newly requested. The cost of postage associated with the exchange of goods is borne by the customer.
Protection of personal data:
In order to offer you our services, we need to know some of your personal (company) data. We respect your privacy, so we try to minimize the amount of this data to the most necessary and protect your data from misuse. Our work with personal data is fully subject to statutory standards, in particular the Data Protection Act.
